All office visits are by appointment only.  "Walk-in" patients without an appointment will be screened for urgency and scheduled appropriately for available appointments.

When scheduling an appointment with us, please notify our scheduling staff of all topics you wish to discuss with your provider so that adequate time may be allotted for your appointment.  New patients should plan on arriving at the clinic 15 minutes prior to your appointment to register and complete any needed paperwork.

If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance.  New patients failing to keep their appointment without 48 hour notice will be charged a fee of $40.00.  Established patients failing to keep their appointment without 24 hour notice will be charged a fee of $20.00.

Your cooperation in canceling appointments in advance allows us to see another patient who may require prompt attention.

After-Hours

After hours, the on-call doctor is available to handle emergency or urgent medical problems.  If you are in need of urgent care, report to the Dearborn County Hospital Emergency Room or contact the doctor on call through the hospital operator at:
